Nakota Development has begun construction on the area's first Value Place extended hotel

WILLISTON, N.D. - (December 21, 2011) --The Value Place in the Bakken Industrial Park will open in late spring next year and will feature 124 efficiency suites, each featuring full kitchens.

Value Place extended stay hotel located at Granite Peak's newly developed 720-acre Bakken Industrial Park on Highway 2 & 85 located three miles north of Williston. The hotel is immediately north of the new Sun Well Service building.

Nakota Development is building a second Value Place to serve the Williston area at the Sandy Creek Retail Center. The company is also planning a new apartment community.

Value Place Hotels offer an affordable, clean, and safer extended stay lodging experience that's always simple and accommodating. Whether on business or pleasure, Value Place provides a flexible solution for companies, families and individuals looking for short-term or long-term extended stay residences in an apartment like setting.

Pre-opening reservations are currently being accepted. Suites will be available for a minimum of one week at a time. Value Place is a national franchise with over 175 hotels across the country, focuses on providing extended stay travelers with a clean and safe home-away-from-home at a great value.

Williston city officials and Value Place developers broke ground on the first new Value Place extended stay hotel on Sept. 14.
